The Opportunity

In 2009, Monash University partnered with The Myer Foundation to create ClimateWorks Australia - an independent, non-profit organisation dedicated to helping Australia transition to a prosperous, zero net carbon future. ClimateWorks translates ground-breaking research into tangible action, partnering with government, business and investors to uncover ways to reduce Australia's greenhouse gas emissions the fastest and most cost-effective way possible.

We are seeking an innovative and highly competent designer to join our dynamic team at ClimateWorks Australia as a Multichannel Graphic Designer. If you excel at creating quality visual design solutions from complex information across a broad range of publishing platforms, and you are pursuing a new career in a collegiate environment, we want to meet you!

As the Multichannel Graphic Designer you will be responsible for producing high-quality graphic design and visual communication solutions that effectively engage selected target audiences in business, government and the broader community. Your imagination, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills will greatly assist you in developing strong working relationships and resolving complex communication challenges. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a new brand identity and its design templates, ensuring this is applied consistently across all brand messaging.

The successful candidate will be passionate about staying up-to-date with current design solutions and will be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and a range of MS software applications along with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro. If you are a creative with great attention to detail, qualifications and/or proven experience in a design role, this could be the position for you.
